As a Lake Norman native, Kristi Lauffenburger takes great pride and passion in knowing the lake. After being born and raised here, Kristi is thrilled to be able to share the place that she calls home with locals and newcomers alike through real estate. Her knowledge of the area, negotiation skills, and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to all of her clients. In 1994, she graduated from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, where she attended on a tennis scholarship. After fulfilling careers in nursing, education, and as a stay at home mom for five years, Kristi decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother and fellow esteemed real estate agent, Carol Laney, who is an agent in the Denver office. Kristi joined Lake Norman Realty, Inc. in the Spring of 2014. Kristi lives in Troutman with her husband, Lance, and their two boys, Brady (11) and Parks (9). She loves to workout and has completed 2 marathons (Richmond and Chicago) and a 1/2 Ironman triathlon. She also loves going on camping trips with her family.
